Poor service

Hi HP,

I received very bad service from the sister at the clinic in Dis-Chem this afternoon. I was called in by my son's school because he was involved in an accident. I fetched him from school (school opposite Cresta mall) and I quickly took him to the clinic in Dis-Chem in Cresta mall for the sister to check the cut he had on his ear. She did not even offer us a sit or even check the cut. All she said is that they do not do stitches at the clinic. I must go to the Dr's downstairs at Health works. This same sister when I consulted with her a week ago complaining about my ear be she did not even check the ear to see what was happening she just referred me to the Sister at the Dis-chem clinic at the Verdi centre. I was very upset this afternoon because a child was involved and absolutely nothing was done

I must say that after my ugly experience I took my son to the sister at Dis-Chem Verdi and she did an excellent job. She checked the cut, dressed it and told me what to do. She even said it did not require stitches.

We do pay for these services, I think it is very unfair to be treated like that. Being consulted while standing with a child involved. Very disappointing service
