I called Markhams in Sandton City and spoke to Thabo Dhamini. I enquired if an item I was looking for was in stock. Thabo was very very helpful and pleasant on the phone. He confirmed that he had the item in stock and would keep it aside for me. later that day when I went to the store Thabo was very professional and also ensured and he steam pressed the item before he handed it over to me. Now that is excellent service. He was the result of me and my family shopping for more items in the store. Thabo ensured that our shopping experience at Markhams was a good one with the feeling thats the place to shop. I am of the opinion that Thabo needs to be commended for excellent customer service. thank you
