My grandmother name Sarah Cucwili Zombe ID 4908050564087, she bought a fridge at Lubners Funitures Krugersdorp branch in 2012 August for an amount R4999 .the consultant did not explain everything to her to make sure she understood what she signing for . to cut the long story short she made her 1st payment on the 13/08/2012 of R410 and balance on the slip showed as R7354.65 after her 1st payment . she was aware that the payment period is 36 months, the sales took advantage of her because she old, a pensioner and not educated . thus far she paid R5410.00 already however the balance is not going anywhere . we called to find why we went to one of their branches in Kagiso Mall to enquire, person assisting us could not understand then she called their call centre we spoke to Ramon Vessels who was very rude to us .he told us that the total cost of the fridge is R14760.00. we could understand why because the slip shows a diferent balaces comparing the amount paid already and the balance to date . the sale consultant took advantage of an old person (Pensioner) in return for their commision . please help in investing this matter because we are not getting any joy from the funiture store.
