No attention to customers

I have been to this store more than enough times and everytime i go to a checkout point, i already know the kind of service i will receive from the cashiers (nothing close to "happy customer"). The moment a cashier starts ringing your goods, they are chatting up a storm with other cashiers next to them - perhaps continuing "where they left off" (about anything from their neighbours back home; or their hairstyles, etc) that even when you initiatively ask for a plastic bag, they don't even hear you cos they ask you AGAIN when they are done ringing your goods. You have to annoyingly say "yes, please". There's absolutely no commitment - and it happens ALL THE TIME when i visit the store. I don't mind them talking to each other, but not when there's a customer in front of a cashier!!!
