Past 4 moths I returned a broken iron which i had bought from HomeChoice to be replaced, and never had responds from the company regarding the progress status, whenever a I call the contact centre I am told someone will call me back, to date I have not received feedback, I mean the product was paid for cash and it carries 12 months warranty and now I have to be on the back to get what I paid for. I am really sick of this run around. I even paid the Freight service to deliver as I needed this good to be returned urgently.. see confirmation from the Freight service below.
