SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM GHD

Hi, I am so dissappointed in the service I'm getting from ghd! I got a new iron in september last year, after about a month it broke and I returned it and it was replaced! The replacement has also since broken! The light is on but it doesn't get hot! After waiting for a week and a half and the worst service, the ghd was eventually picked up! Ghd has chosen skynet as their service provider but everytime I want to follow up with ghd, they put me through to skynet who says they only take instruction from ghd! Why put me through then? I suggest YOU solve the issue with whoever you choose to do your services and then get back to me instead of me having to call every second day! Last thursday we got an sms from ghd saying the new iron would be dispatched in 48 working hours! Given the bad service I received so far, I though I would give GHD a week! Today I call GHD who AGAIN puts me through to skynet who says that the iron was delivered last thursday! Where did they deliver it to? Who signed for it? No one can tell me! ghd was gonna call me back in 10 min, that was @ 15:00 on Friday! I'm still waiting. The GHD was eventually tracked to a store, and I will pick it up today SO SO disappoin
