Opal despatched a package for me with first freight on 25th October. I expected it 2 days later.. max! It was delivered to me on the 30th October!!! That is FIVE days after despatching it!! I never even had a courtesy call from first freight to apologise?!
To make matters worse, I got a phone call on the morning of the 30th, a first freight driver, telling me it will be delivered at 12 noon that day! I told him I would come home specifically to receive the package at 12! I did that, and, without even an apology or courtesy call, he delivered it at 3.30pm!!! LACK of respect for the customer is an understatement!!! Disgusting courier service!!
