Disgusting service

Last week I went to the store with my mother to scout for appliances. I came across a fridge at a fantastic price and decided on the spot to purchase it. Three floor sales consultants assisted me and asked if I wanted an extender warranty. I deliberated about this for a while as it was an additional cost I had not budgeted for. After declining, one of the sales consultants eyeballed me and walked away making loud and rude comments, stating my decision was "stupid". The other consultants could see I was unimpressed and warned him to keep quiet. Nonetheless, I checked out and paid for delivery to take place the following day.
When the courier arrived, I received a please call me. Not knowing the number, I ignored it. I then received a phone call from a woman saying her driver was outside my house. I told her I was not at home but that I would inform someone to open for him. She rudely replied, " please do that! "
I am appalled that I was treated that way because I did not respond to a please call me. Should the drivers really be sending me that, or should they have cellphone allowances? That was ridiculously unprofessional!
