My fridge which is 4 months old. Yesterday I came home to find the fridge DOOR on the FLOOR with everything messed up. How this happened? Have no clue. Now today I call Defy Service call centre and got to speak to one of your consultants. Rude, unprofessional, no telephone etiquette and poor customer service is what I received from her, ironically her name is Happy. I swear that lady has some nerve when it comes to speaking to your clients.By the end of the call, I asked for her name and surname to keep record and she asked why I wanted her surname as she is the only Happy there... as if I can telepathic communicate. On a serious note, the service I have received is ATROCIOUS and gives people who work in contact centres a bad name
