Quick to deliver followed by bad service

I preorderd GTA5 05092013 and paid via EFT. Order was confirmed and once game released my order was on its way. Got my parcel was very impressed as the delivery was quick. This was short lived once i opened the parcel. I ordered a XBOX version but low and behold received the PS3 version!!! i immediately contacted Kalahri, the agent explained what the return process would be and she was on it. WOW i thought... but when i phoned Wednesday there was no record of my call and nothing had been done. Moira kindly got the previous agent to contact me and only then was the query logged with the courier to come fetch the game. which was then collected on the 19092013. Today i checked my profile and somehow there is another order been made for GTA5 AGAIN for a PS3 version?? i did not order. How difficult is it to swop a game when its not my fault. No accoding to Sara i will have to wait up to 5 days for the refund to be processed and then and only then can i place the order AGAIn for the Xbox version!!! this is shocking service! Youhave had my money for over two weeks already but shame i will have to wait?? this will be my last order with Kalahri!!!
