I visited the Sportscene and purhased an item or R400.00.

Firstly the assistant asked me if this is my account, which made me feel uncomfortable so i asked him why does he ask and he just laughed and said no he is just asking. i though maybe becouse i was buying a mens hoodie or something i dont know... but then when i signed the slip he first checked it which i understand and then told me its not the same i need to sign again i felt so embarras as i had a work colleage with me at the time i even asked him if he wants my ID.

i have my acount for more than 6 years and never ever have i felt so humiliated and embarrased yes i totally understand that you are trying to prevent but then you have to looks at other ways to address clients or put new systems in place.

it makes me think are you asking all clients this question or only some clients... I AM NOT A I WORK FOR A LIVING...
