DISGUSTING customer service from The Colony and Stretta Restaurant!
The Centre Manager PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME when I phoned to query the below:
I was one of the winners who was lucky enough to win a R250 voucher from Stretta last month. My name was drawn on 27 July. I work full-time and I was only able to go and pick up my voucher on 15 August. I tried the very NEXT DAY to book a meal at Stretta, but they were unfortunately fully booked.
Now, I have 2 small children at home, which means I have limited opportunities to go out. So this week, I finally manage to arrange another baby sitter and was so excited to book my dinner at Stretta, only to discover that my VOUCHER EXPIRED at the END of August.
I think that's pretty unfair and when I phoned to just double check and query the fact that i only had 2 WEEKS to use my voucher the centre manager put the phone down on me. SHAME on you Nicky Els for treating your customers like that!
