Ordered on the internet - 12 Aug, with option to deliver speed post (paid the extra money). after 2 weeks i emailed to follow up, they took 4 days to reply and said they didn't proses my order. another week later - i am still waiting... no reply. The not very friendly to help with my problem. so what no?
