Please stop your marketting - did not opt for it

A few months ago a cashier from your pavilion branch provided me with a Welcome card, where it was clearly indicated that I do not want any marketing communication from your company. My number is also on the National "do not call" registry. If you could be so kind to remove my details from your marketing systems. The numerous, unwanted SMS's are irritating.
