I went to pay at the till point and the cashier was busy talking stories with 2 other ladies whom also work at pick n pay. She did not even greet me let alone look at me because she was so busy talking. I asked for airtime about four times and she did not even hear me. I told her that i wanted airtime and i have a smart shopper card but she had already cashed my goods. I told her i want my points, she frowned at me and i felt like i was a pest. She did not once apologise to me. She called for the superviser incharge who was David. He too did not even bother to apologise as he could see i was not happy. After 15minutes of standing he voided the goods and cashed all over again so i could redeem my points. There was no 'have a good day and please call again' as usual. I am really not happy with the service i received.
