Up to date Payment Lette

My store account was handed over to the Lawyers when I was in 3 months Arrears. I have since recovered and brought my account up to date. Since July 2012 my account was up to date and it was taken back in the store. However I still have a default under my name for handed over, I called WFS to request upto date payment letter and was told it will take 2-3working days. I logged a request on the 28August2013 and I am still waiting even today, everytime I call I'm told it has been escalated and will be in my inbox shortly. Please I need that letter as in yesterday, what must I do in order to get that letter.
