Settled my account (ITC)

I have checked my ITC records and noticed that according to edgars I owe them R4000
I have settled my edgars account 3rd of May 2013 and this is every frustrating because they are too quick to tell the ITC that you are not paying well but to slow to act when you are paying well. I have cancel my account with them and why have they not updated the ITC records???
I don't owe edgars and I want this to be rectify
