Good day. Phoned your customer service toll free number and explained the following:
Bought 2 packs of bikini cotton panties of the same brand in the identical size (or so I thought). They are not the same size at all. The one pack fits perfectly and the other is too tight. The labels are the same as the packet so that does not seem to be the problem. Spoke to 2 ladies - Ntoto and Ntabiseng who just repeated the old adage "underwear cannot be exchanged" with which I agree wholeheartedly BUT if there is a manufacturing fault why must I pay for it. Am not impressed with the manner in which this has been handled.
The low point of the conversation was when i was given "permission" to lodge the complaint on Hello Peter because no-one in Edgars would be able to help with my problem. Surely dealing with the dirty laundry in-house is better than on this public forum?
