I HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED A WHILE AGO AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH BLUE BEAN TO PAY MY CREDIT CARD OFF. EVERYTIME THEY CALL FOR MONEY I TRY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. JUST TO FIND OUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER THAT NO ARRANGEMENTS HAS BEEN MADE. THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT I DONT HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER FOR MY RETRENCHMENT AND I DO HAVE BUT WAS ADVISED THAT IT IS WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS THAT I CANT CLAIM. I CAN NOT WASTE MONEY I DONT HAVE TO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND FIND OUT THAT NO ARRANGEMENTS WAS MADE AND MY CARD IS STILL ACTIVE. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED???
