On the 25/10/2013 i went to Sweetpenny store in Pretoria CBD to buy the shampoo. I picked the green Soft n free bottle (R42-00) and Hair food (R13.00) then proceeded to the teller whilst the teller was busy tiling the two products I realised that the bottle I picked was an oil moisturiser instead of a condition/shampoo, I immediately alerted the teller but he took the money and gave me the change. I requested to exchange the oil moisturiser for the shampoo, they guy (teller) pointed to me to go to the lady where small items are sold. I went to the lady requested for the shampoo exchange but they lady told me that she cannot change the oil moisturiser because already the transaction went through and i told her that the transaction was not completed when i realise that i picked the oil moisturiser instead of a shampoo and that the bottles are the same. She said she cannot exchange. I then phoned a number to complain while i was still inside the store and then the lady requested me to give her the two products. She gave me my money, told me to leave & never set my foot in her store again and took a picture of me with her cellphone. I was treated like i something in the store.
