When I got home after a shopping spree, I discover a bottle of pills that I bought at Dischem Glenfair Pretoria, was not with the other items. I phoned the store, and Rudi checked the video material, where he could see that I have taken the pills with me. I search my car, and could not find the bottle of pills. Rudi offer me a bottle of the same brand for free, if I will come and collect them. Before I could take him up on his offer, I discover the bottle that I have purchased next to the passenger seat of my car. That is absolutely great customer service. Thank you Dischem.
