Always putting the customer first

I bought a SSD from them which went seamlessly with fast delivery. Unfortunately, the part became faulty within 3 months. I contacted them after which they arranged same day collection of the faulty SSD. They even tested the unit and sent me the results the same day.

They did not have stock of that exact part but offered excellent advise on alternatives. I paid in the small difference between the two drives on Thursday evening and they shipped my new SSD the next day.
