A while back CapiCall deducted money from my account without authorization. I spoke to Mo after some difficulty in getting the correct phone number. When asked about this he said I need to go into the bank to reverse the debit order, on which I replied I'd have to invoice him for the time wasted. He agreed to this. Now, about 3 months later, I received a deposit and proof of payment from Capicall to refund me for the inconvenience. Though its taken a few months, thanks Mo for keeping your word in refunding me. Maybe more people could follow the same steps to get stop this from happening more.
