In relation to previous complaint logged/ Received the TV but was not inform that they giving me a different second hand TV of which my TV was not even six months old and was a Sansui 3D TV 42" Plasma..I only realised at home that the TV they gave me is not the same TV I send in for Repairs... I want my TV back that I send in for repairs... and will take this further with the Consumer Protection Act.
I am totally disgusted... I cannot deny that after the first complaint Edward was on the ball calling me almost every second day and keeping me in the loop and salute him for that but him not telling me that I am receiving a different TV which you can see is a second hand TV with scratches and stuff is totally unprofessional and very desturbing that I have bought so manny stuff from Russells and paid up the Huge account and this is how I am treated... not impressed..and will never buy from you again...
