It's the second time that I'm dealing with Malibongwe Maxengana (one of the managers at one of the Makro stores). The first instance was with a repair under waranty and this time round with ensuring that I leave as a happy customer with one of my purchases. He always has a smile... even when your a difficult customer.
He was assisted by Stanley Sehlapelo, who search for the product for almost 15 minutes in the store room... and didn't return empty handed.
Ouma Maako checked the pricing when I quiried it and quickly sorted it out.
These 3 people are really stars!! And it's due to people like them that I won't ever go and support another Makro, except for Centurion.
I'd also like to compliment Makro on the improvements to the store with the new fresh veg section. Really makes it a one stop shop.
Yet again... look after these 3 jems!!
