We bought a titanium wedding band and was misinformed by the staff member that it does not scratch, the ring was blessed and worn for a day then it had marks and scratches, we returned the ring, we were given bad service by the staff member, they refused to exchange the ring for another one as they said we damaged it, my husband does not work with harsh chemicals so I did not understand when they implied it caused by harsh chemicals, we called the operational manager Gail to explain the process and she confirmed that they do not take damaged good but the rude manager at boulders just took the ring and told us they will take it to a workshop to check what caused the damage then Agnes the manager called us back and argued, screamed and laughed at us that we caused the damage and I believe is not the policy of the store to take back rings which were worn. We decided to go to another store to purchase another wedding band as my husband had no ring to wear. The staff are not familiar with their product and American Swiss sells counterfeit products and the staff misinforms clients so that they can make sales, when we complain they blame the client for the poor quality of their products.
