Unacceptable waiting time

I visited FNB Pinecrest for the first time today and was very disappointed, there are no signs indicating which is enquiries, sales consultants and tellers, you have to just figure out where to go, there is no staff member to guide the clients to the right place, . I stood in the que for 45 mins, clients walking in were asking me whether that was the right place for statements or pay their credit card, eventually getting to the enquiry desk, i asked the clerk to check my credit card to see if a limit was captured for atm withdrawals as i am constantly getting an error code when trying to withdraw funds, he called credit card department to help me, my card was incorrectly coded which has now been rectified, i am disgusted because, if someone had been walking the banking hall they would have determined that i needed to call the credit card department to have this sorted out and i would have left the branch instead of wasting 45mins to have something sorted out within 5mins, the enquiry clerk didnt even draw any enquiries to check my card, i asked the person for the complaints e-mail address and he said he doesnt have it, i must log a complaint at the branch.
