I made a complaint about a pair of shoes that i bought on the 5th December @ the store but now the shoe is damaged and the above mentioned lady responded and asked that i send a picture of the shoes. I have been doing so for the past 2 days and asking for a response but nothing. Please tell me if you are going to help or not?
