We bought a pack of Pampers Sleep 'n Play last year November 2012. When we opened the nappy it was like both sides were glued together. When you try to put it on the baby you must tore away the sides to let it fit. We lodged a complain on the 02 Nov 2012 and all we got was a Ref no and were told that Sleep 'n Play does not go threw all the requirements such as Quoted by Agent: Quality checks & Inspections. The product does not meet such standards.
Till date we have not received any come back calls and only one stupid call centre agent called us for a survey and to ask if we still going to buy Pampers. I think this person did'nt even finish school and only sitting on her back side and wants her monthly salary. What stupidity. So next time people, think before you buy any cheap Pampers, because they don't care about your child. No checks and No inspections.
