Last week I e-mailed Game in Kenilworth & CT CBD to query availability of stock. Shortly there after, a guy from the Cellphone Sales Counter (Danowven?) at Game in Kenilworth called me at work to ask if he should keep a modem aside for me as they were selling out very fast. My collegue took a message for me as I was out of office. Later, he called again to let me know he was holding onto it and to tell me their operating hours. Upon arriving at the store, someone had sold my modem by accident however, with the help of his collegue/assistant, they ensured I was sorted out. I'd just like to express my gratitude at their service, it didn't go un-noticed. So to Danowven (not sure of the spelling) and the other assistant at the cellphone counter, thanks again.
