I was at Dis chem on Saturday, was paying for my goods at the till point, I was just talking to the cashier in passing about nappies that I could not see the size I needed on the shelf. the lady (Mary Mabitsela) then kindly asked me to wait for a while so she could check in the store room if there is stock because on the system it showed stocked was available. She then managed to find me the 2 packs I needed. That is what I call STELLAR SERVICE indeed. If it was someone who did not value there job she could have just let me pay for the goods I had then go to another retail store to purchase the nappies. If people valued their jobs like Mary did this country would be a better place. I will definitely be back in that store.
