Well it has taken a number of telephone calls, a huge amount of emails but I eventually - 18 months later have a lounge suite that I think we can be proud of. Thank you Rochester for organising a replacement, I am just sad that it took so long and so many fights in between to get the replacement which has left "a bitter taste in my mouth".
