NEW ACCOUNT APPLICATION - PATHETIC

I applied for an account on 9 August 2013 and today still I have not heard anything (23 August), I have had to phone and check up 3 times. Each time they say they cannot get hold of my work, when I know they have (They spoke to me!!), they have spoken to a manager of mine to confirm my details as well as my colleague TWICE. This is RIDICIUOLOUS. I just phoned the head office AGAIN and they said they need to confirm employment. I told them there is no manager here so no one can confirm my salary so she said she doesnt need any details, just confirmation. I put the lady through to a collegue and she asks everything that she said she doesnt need. Unacceptable! Either the staff are not trained properly or they are just clueless
