I bought a pair of shoes as a gift on the 14/08/2013
As the size was incorrect and the store didn't have anymore stock I went back 4days later for a full refund.
I was told that there was no money in the till and the manager who could assist with an electronic refund was on leave and will only be coming back in a weeks time!
I called the store again two days later and there was still no money in the store!
The store personnel were extremely unhelpful and couldn't even assist me with a customer care number (the number on the sales slip is constantly engaged).
Goods need to be returned within 10days of purchase which is this Saturday the 24th. The manager only comes back on Saturday and I'm not available.
How can a branch of a major chain store be run in such an atrocious manner?!
If somebody is on leave shouldn't there be another person on duty that can perform the same duties?!
I would really appreciate it if someone from Tekkie Town can contact me regarding this matter as the personnel at this particular branch are clueless!
