I knew that minutes before entering the ""Super"'spar that I would regret It! As usual a number of stock outages. The usual signs displayed throughout the store. Rather pathetic attempt to shift blame to their suppliers! At least 4 signs up 1.The supplier is unable to supply 2.The stock is to arrive soon 3.The supplier has promised to deliver, if not, please contact the distributor directly???!!! What a joke!! Could Spar head office please assist this franchisee or alternatively he could sell to an OWNER OPERATOR!! To top it all of, its a month end Friday and there are only 3 or 4 tills open???!! However there are at least 3 managers standing around doing all!! Why not open a till (Im sure they are qualified to do so) and SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I don't have to be in the business of retail to know that this business is poorly run. Send your managers to Newton Park SuperSpar and learn how its done!! Do NOT bother to contact me in an effort to resolve this. JUST DO THE JOB RIGHT!!
