MORNING, I JUST WANTED TO FIND OUT WHY DO I KEEP GETTING SMS SAYING I SHOULD PAY MY ACCOUNT WHEN IT UP TO DATE. I EVEN PAY MORE THAT MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENT BUT I STILL GET TEXT MESSAGE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT NOT BEING PAID, LIKE HONESTLY. WHAT IS YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT DOING IF THEY CANNOT EVEN SEE THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS OVER PAID.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK THEIR BOOKS BEFORE THEY SEND ME MESSAGES IN FUTURE.
