Yesterday myself and my husband went shopping at Edgars. To our dissapointment both our accounts had been changed to the 12month 21% interest without our knowledge or concent. Both of us always had the 6 months interest FREE option. To rectify this we have go to customer care service and stand in the que for something we never changed nor wanted. This is absolitely ridiculous, who wants pay 21% intrrest, it's absurd! How can Edgars change things on my acc without my concent? All this just after I bought products in a box of which half was out and there's nothing they can do to help, because I should've checked.
