In 2012 I approach Arno Steyberg from Budget Visas & Immigration Consultants to assist with regards to my Passport, Identity document and my new born baby's documents, which they specialise in to assist with. We had to pay a deposit up front for his assistance, which we did.
On numerous requests to when this will happen he never returned my calls and I constantly had to follow up with him in which his reply was that the Home affairs in Pretoria were on strike and therefore we have to wait. Eventually I went to the Home affairs in Pretoria North and did all the above myself.
I did inform him and requested him to refund him my deposit back which he did agree to do and the last communication received from him was in January 2013 via SMS that he is attending to the refund as he is in receipt of my banking details.
Its now August 2013 and still no refund. Contact him yesterday and left several messages. Eventually got a hold of him and he ensured me that he will attend to the refund today. So let see...
