I entered the OMO competition in or around early June, I got an SMS to say I will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange the prize, I wasn't contacted at all.
On the 05 July (about three weeks later) I got an SMS to say I was in the queue to be contacted and dial this number for queries.

Well its a long queue as I still have not been contacted (21 August) and the number I was given on the SMS goes through to a logistics company who know nothing about the competition.

Poor organisation from such a respectable and well known brand.
