I purchased a book through a 3rd party seller on Kalahari on 22/6/2013. I was sent a tracking number PE13555535ZA (which doesn't exist on SAPO's database)
I then requested a refund on 5/8/2013 after myself and a consultant had contacted the seller, it is now 5 days later and have heard nothing except that the seller needs to confirm the refund?! How can external parties have power over MY money when I'm trusting kalahari to serve in my best interest after not receiving my product from an obviously incapable seller?!
I need this book for an assignment due 16/08/2013 - please refund my money so I can purchase it elsewhere in a timely fashion!!!
