I received the worst service from Midas Uitenhage branch, on 01.04.2013 my vehicles battery gave in after only having it for 7 months, it was taken in to Midas and they gave me loan battery, the guys said that he will send it in to be checked and then will call us when it's ready or to say if it will be replaced. today 01.07.2013 my vehicle again didn't start and when i called them to find out about my battery they didn't know anything, they demand a slip which they never gave, they told me they don't do loan batteries but yet at the branch the guy said that they don't have any loan batteries currently. After taking time off from work to sort this out he told me that i need to go back again after 3 days when his manager is there, all i want is a new battery and for them to sort it out. the guy was so rude and was talking loud in front of a lot of customers saying why did we wait till know to come to them, the more i explained to say they were supposed to call us the more he wanted to know why are we waiting this long. What has happened to customer service???
