I am utterly disgusted... i have been waiting on a parcel and i just received a sms that states the following: "We trust you are happy with your HomeChoice parcel that was recently accepted on your behalf by a third party." How in the world??? I thought that you need my ID for the parcel to be accepted... i tried phoning the call center and that is just as bad service and attitude! What am i to do??? I was so excited and waiting for the couriers. Better yet it was a birthday gift i was getting for my mother! I am not paying for something i did not receive!!! HELP!
