I was at the store paying the bill for clothing when I thought to fit the shirt over my own. I realised that it didn't fit and requested a larger size, which they didn't have. I then asked for a refund on my credit card, which they refused, instead suggesting that they would give me a voucher to the same value.
I declined the voucher, since I had not yet left the store and because they clearly didn't have the clothes in a size that I could buy.
I had to submit a transaction dispute to my bank and I am waiting for a refund. Not a very customer-centric retailer at all. :(
