I was very impressed with the service i received from a manager by the name of Nolwazi. I visited the the store on the 10/08/2013, when i arrived at the cashiers to pay for my stuff there was a short que. I noticed a lady opening another till to assist customers. I happened to go to this lady when it was my turn to pay, i read her name badge and saw that it said cash and credit manager. This was a first for me, seing a manager assisting at the tills. We started chatting and Nolwazi was extremely friendly. She went as far as walking me to the cosmetic counter and showing me some good skin care products. This lady is an asset to your company and a good example for your fellow employees. Well Done. Keep it up Nolwazi.
