I have never been so unhappy about service as I am about the Jeep Clothing store in Clearwater Mall!!
I was there a few weeks ago when they had a special of 50% off for a smart/casual coat and they did not have my size. I inquired about getting a larger size at which point they called their other stores and found one for me. I had offered to go get it from their other store, but the sales assistant offered/insisted they will get the jacket for me and keep it until I was in the area again.
When I phoned numerous times later they failed to return my call and after a long struggle I finally got hold of the manager which advised me that all the jackets had been sold and that they were not selling that particular jacket anymore.
This to me is unacceptable service, how do you offer a client service which you cannot deliver. Now after a all of this they offer me a pathetic discount for when I shop at their store again, why would I ever go back to a Jeep store after this???
I would never recommend them to anyone I know as I know they will experience what I have experienced.
Completely unacceptable and disappointing!!
