Can you kindly advise me why you sell products that generally DO NOT FIT in a car, and then you do not make any effort to accomodate your clients that do not have suitable vehicles or transport available?
We had the predicament last month where we had our minds set on one of your dining tables, the money in our hands, just to be advised that they wont deliver to Richardsbay. We have to make our own arrangement (according to what the sales person then explained to my husband it sounded like an operation you have to take a day's leave from work to accomplish). This totally puts us off, since we planned to by quite a view items at @home in the following months to come (We recently got married). The sales person nor management was planning on accomodating us. We left disgusted and so upset.! We were forced to buy from your competition, which was even less than second best in my opinion, but how surprised to have the most pleasant experience from Mr Price Home. To conclude, why o why do you not make it easier for your clients from outlaying areas?
