The property in Moreletapark is being marketed to perspective clients to rent the unit by JRL Property management. When the clients phone the office, the staff tell the clients to phone the current tentant to make arrangements to view the property. I recieved numerous calls the first day at work for people wanting to view the property. This is totally unacceptable as the current tentant is not responsible for marketing the property to clients. The company concerned is being paid a fee to market the property and act as a intermediary on behalf of their client.
I phoned their offices and told them not to tell the clients to phone me. They must speak to the agent and the agent must make an arangement with me. They have to date not made arrangements with me. I got an SMS just to tell me that there are people coming to view the property between 6 and 7 pm after I told them to first make an arrangment with me.
