Revolting service from African Bank

My nightmare started over a year ago, when i bought a Lounge Suite from Geen & Richards for R15000 with a top up of R10000 for the period of 32 months. When i got home i decided the interest where too much so i went back and ask that i transfer back the 10000 for top and and cancel the contract and change it to a 12 months INTEREST FREE contract. A lady by the name of Charlene (Finance Manager) agree but advised that African Bank will have to do it as they do not have access but assured me it would be done. Till today it has not been done, African Bank is still debiting my account and still sends me statements. i have spoken to so many people at African Bank including the so called Managers (siyabonga mseleku and lungile) who have promised to assist me and call me back with feedback but have not done so till now. I am so disgusted with the services i have been getting and frackly no one cares that i have been more that R5000 over what i owed and know for a fact that it will still continue... i have spent so much already on calls and going to the Westgate branch and still no joy!!!
