I have settled my account with russell's furnitures last year in novermber, i had to phone them for a settlement letter sometime this year and asked them to update my itc. In march when i checked on itc i found that still is not
updated i sent them an email they told me they will refer to credit credit bereau . to my surprise ITC and EXPERIAN not updated till today
Am not sure why the stuff is so incopitent when it comes to meeting the customers needs and doing things
effectively . all i want is my status updated and i do not wish to do business with russell's furnitures ever again
