My car window was smashed on 7th January while I was driving -a stone flung from industrial weed eater operated by a Greener living garden services employee. I pulled over to the side of the road and spoke to Sammy DuPrez (the supervisor) who phoned John Muller the owner of the company. John told Sammy that I must claim from my insurance and he will pay the excess. I have submitted the invoice on 2 occasions to John but I have not received payment. Furthermore because of the claim my insurance premiums have been altered.
In my opinion I have been unjustly treated in this matter. The owner of the company should have taken responsibility and claimed form his insurance or public liability to make things right, as it was his company that damaged my property. Secondly he still has not paid my insurance excess.
